Meet the team
Marcus Walker • Director
Hey there! I'm Marcus, originally from Gisborne, but I've called Hawkes Bay my home since 2010. I started my journey in the electrical industry that same year, diving into a range of projects, from small domestic tasks to constructing a geothermal power plant. Over the years, I've earned qualifications in both Electrical and Instrumentation, becoming skilled in both areas.
Beyond work, you'll find me on the football field in winter and hitting the mountain bike trails in summer. My wife, Joy, and our young boy, Ben, share in these adventures, too!

Evan Gray • Apprentice
I'm Evan, the apprentice at Strata Electrical. From tackling light domestic tasks to diving into heavy-duty industrial projects, I've been hands-on in every aspect of the industry since day one.
Outside of work, I'm all about the automotive scene, following industry trends and, in my spare time, working on my own project vehicle that's gearing up to hit the road soon!
I'm eager to be part of your projects, bringing them to life with my practical experience and enthusiasm. Looking forward to working together!
